Sending your child to preschool can be both frightening and exhilarating. There are many considerations: curriculum, staff, safety, convenience, etc. St. David's Christian Early Learning Center has it all.
Located off of McMurray Road in Peters Township, it's an easy drive from any of the surrounding communities. The curriculum is carefully constructed to include educational learning in conjunction with Christian values, Bible stories and community outreach. Whether your child is enrolled in the preschool or occasionally stays in the Mother's Day Out program, the school-wide themes continue in every class at an age-appropriate level. The staff consists of experienced, caring individuals, all of whom have an education background. The classroom atmosphere is structured, yet fun and friendly. The staff addresses questions and concerns, and parents are always welcome to participate or volunteer in the classroom. Not only will the children feel safe with their teachers, but parents can also rest assured knowing that the corridor to the classrooms is locked on both sides with security doors while classes are in session. If any person needs to enter into the preschool during class hours, he must ring a bell next to the locked security door to alert the preschool director of his presence.
In addition to the preschool and Mother's Day Out programs, St. David's offers the Club Discovery enrichment program. This program offers children the experience of extra science, art and literature exploration through carefully crafted lesson plans. St. David's also offers creative and educational summer camps, which kids love.
