Barre3 in the Park

Let’s take our barre3 practice outside.... We would LOVE to have you join us for a FREE Barre3 in the Park class!

*Barre3 in the Park is a free, family friendly event*

Saturday, July 23rd at 10:00am. Registration starts at 9:00am. 

Invite your family and friends, snack on some healthy barre3 recipes, enjoy tasty beverages!

Bring a yoga mat and water. By attending, you'll be entered into a raffle to win barre3 prizes! 

We’re all about taking care of people beyond our studio walls. Coming together and building relationships is just as healthy as working out!

If there's rain in the forecast, be sure to check our barre3 Southpointe Facebook page for updates. A weather cancellation announcement will be made there before the class.
