Regional Book Club: 6pm
Are you a fan of local novelists? You’ll want to be sure to check out this Monday Night Book Club! This month, we’ll be enjoying light refreshments while discussing The Johnstown Girls by Kathleen George. Come in to share your thoughts.

Jane Austen Book Club: 1pm – special time!
The Jane Austen Book Club will be meeting to discuss Sense & Sensibility while enjoying themed refreshments. Come in to share your thoughts on this classic!
• Saturday, 4/18
Block Party: 2:00-4:00pm
Be sure to bring your child to the library’s block party! We offer soft blocks for the very young, large wooden blocks for pre-school and up, and Legos for older children.

Non-fiction Book Club: 3pm
The Non-Fiction Book Club meets one Saturday each month to discuss books with a wide variety of topics. Past choices include Man’s Search for Meaning (Frankl), The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks (Skloot), and The Tipping Point (Gladwell). This month’s discussion will be about The Devil in the White City (Larson) – join us and help to make the selection for next month!

Ultimate Gamers’ Night: 7:00-11:00pm
It will cost you $2 at the door to come to the library for a night of Playstation, X-box and Wii – soda and pizza, too! All ages are welcome, but those under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Dollar a Day Boys – A Musical Tribute to the Civilian Conservation Corps: 3:00
Author Bill Jamerson will present a music and storytelling program about the Civilian Conservation Corps, a program about people both ordinary and extraordinary, with stories of strength, wit and charm. Former CCC’ers and their families are encouraged to attend and bring photo albums and CCC memorabilia. The program is free and open to the public and is made possible by the Friends of the Library. 
Weekly Events
• Library Explorers: Mondays at 5:30pm (through May 18)
This is a time for students in grades K-5 to play and discover something new at the library! With a different topic each week, you'll want to be sure to bring your child.
• Disney Dolls: Mondays at 4:30 (began March 23) 
This program for 2nd through 5th graders enables children to create clothing for a “Disney Princess Doll”. Participants will design daywear, evening gowns and bridal outfits, and there’s no fee to join in the fun. We will meet weekly through May 4th but there will be no program on April 6.
• Intro to Art: Mondays at 6:00 (began March 23) 
Register now to come in to learn how to draw landscapes, stills, and people.
If you're an adult or "older" teen (11th or 12th grade), you're welcome to attend our Intro to Art classes (continuing through May 4). A one-time fee of $5 covers the cost of all necessary materials.
• Lego Club: Tuesdays at 5:00pm (through May 19)
The Library Lego Club is your (kindergarten through middle school) child's chance to collaborate with other Master Builders on their own designs or special building challenges.
• Family Night: Tuesdays at 6:30 (through May 19)
The Family Night program is a storytime for all ages, and each week explores differently themed stories, crafts, and games. No registration is necessary – just drop in!
