It's almost farmers market and pick-your-own time in the Greater Washington County-Southwestern PA region!

We love supporting our local farmers and buying locally-grown produce and goods. Plus, it's fun for the whole family to visit a pick-your-own (PYO) farm or a farmers market in Greater Washington County-Southwestern PA.

Here are four things to note before heading out to farmers markets or PYO farms in SW PA:

  • Pick-your-own farms can sometimes change hours on short notice depending on weather, produce availability, and other factors. It's best to call ahead to make sure pick-your-own is available that day. Prices can also change from day to day.
  • Bring your own containers or bags to avoid any extra charges! 
  • Bring cash as some local Washington PA farmer market stands and pick-your-own farms don't take credit cards.
  • Please ALWAYS check each farm or maket's websites or social media sites before heading out!

The SpringHouse Market



When: Open for in-person shopping. Open 11am-6:30pm M-Saturday | Noon - 6:30 Sundays. Open for Breakfast on Saturdays from 9-11am. Rain or shine Our Online Farm Market is always open for orders!

Triple B Farms Market

What: Stocked with fresh produce, frozen fruit, jams & jellies, local honey and maple syrup, dairy, dry goods, and fresh-from-the oven baked goods.

Main Street Farmers Market

When: The Market runs every Thursday 3pm-6pm May 16 through October 3.

What: Visit over two dozen vendors who participate in the market throughout the season. A typical market day: Thursdays 3:30-6:30, musical performances can be found along with vendors selling fruit, vegetables, wine, jams, and shaved ice among many other things!

What: Handpick your own fresh vegetables, including beets, cucumbers, eggplant, zucchini, peppers, and tomatoes and bouquets,
