| Talk About What's Coming
Whether your student is new to lessons or returning for another year of musical development, help your student by setting and managing expectations. Talk about how things will work, where to practice at home, and be curious. Ask your student about what they are looking to do as part of this experience.

What to expect when you arrive at the studio?
|
|
|
The first week of lessons is finally here. All private and group lessons start the week of September 3rd-7th. Monday lessons start on September 9th.
Here are 5 things you can expect when you arrive at the studio:
1) Parents are invited to come inside our studios while your student is taking lessons. Come in, meet our team, and relax in one of our common areas. We look forward to getting to know you!
2) Meet your teacher at the front desk.
3) Parents must accompany their student the first week of lessons to receive information about this school year.
4) Use our Kathy's Music app to follow our Studio Calendar, Update your billing details, and Book Makeup classes for Kindermusik and Group Lessons. It's easier than ever to get the info you need with our new app. Down the app today: iPhone or Android.
IMPORTANT: Please turn your Notifications On inside the Kathy's Music app in order to receive Emergency Notifications in case of Inclement Weather, an Emergency Evacuation, or Building Closure. This is our Emergency Broadcast Tool because it allows us to communicate quickly with our families in the event of an Emergency.
5) New Lesson Parents: Look for an invitation coming soon via email to join our studio on Practice Space.
