Cecil Township Parks & Recreation Board will host their 5th Annual Trail of Treats on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 5:00 PM at Cecil Park, for children 0-12 years of age. Costumes required. Pick up your tickets and walk along the haunted trail to collect treats from area organizations and businesses. Stop at the concession stand for a snack or a drink and enjoy the Halloween music and bonfires! This is a FREE event for residents of the township.
