Calling all Ghosts and Goblins! Trick-or-Treat at Tanger Outlets on Halloween night, October 31 from 6-7:30 pm. All Children 12 years and under are invited to Trick or Treat on the sidewalks at Tanger Outlets. Masks permitted for children age 12 and under. Look for a decal on the doors of participating stores. (While supplies last)
