Cecil Township Parks & Recreation Board will host their Annual Trail of Treats at Cecil Park, for children under 10 years of age. Costumes required. Pick up your tickets and walk along the haunted trail to collect treats from area organizations and businesses. Stop at the concession stand for a snack or a drink and enjoy the Halloween music and bonfires! This is a FREE event for residents of the township.
