All Children 12 years and under are invited to Trick or Treat on the sidewalks at Tanger Outlets. Masks permitted for children age 12 and under. Stop by Shopper Services to pick up your FREE Trick or Treat bag! Look for a decal on the doors of participating stores. (While supplies last)
